Super on trend, quality burger concept who has thrived in the UAE looking to make their first steps into the London marketplace.

The Role:

We are looking for a very capable General Manager to launch this new concept! Anticipating up to 500 covers per day, they are really looking to make an impact and progress into a permanent site. As General Manager who will hold full accountability for the success of the site. Recruiting and developing your team to provide a best in class service – which for this concept looks energetic with tonnes of personality. It’s a casual concept but with an sph£25-35. You will be entrepreneurial, commercial and financially astute – new openings experience would be desirable in this role. Working within a venue, experience in managing third party would be a benefit for the role.

Who will you be as General Manager?

• The client is looking for a General Manager from a quality focused casual restaurant brand
• You will have high volume and new openings experience
• Well presented and a great ambassador for the brand and its setting
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience in recruiting and developing your own team
• You will be ambitious and can demonstrate success in your roles
• Ability to work at a fats pace and know what good looks like
• People person - engaging with your guest and team
