This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious General Manager in the heart of London's vibrant West End. The Princess of Wales is a unique business situated on Villiers Street in between Embankment and Charing Cross Underground Stations, and directly opposite the main train station.
The business is famous for cask ales and is drink led with opportunity to grow the food trade still through focusing on our fame point of being a sausage & chop house in our upstairs dining room. Guest base is a mix of workforce and tourist.
