**EXPERIENCED AND PASSIONATE GENERAL MANAGER - STRAIGHT SHIFTS - WORK / LIFE BALANCE!**

My client is a group of Branded Restaurants whose ethos concentrates on producing fresh food in a relaxed environment. Food is served all day, from breakfast through to evening meals, with a real emphasis on fresh produce. With a retail aspect to each restaurant- branded chutneys, olive oils, balsamic vinegar, beers and much more are all available to be bought on site.

As General Manager, you will need to be motivated and will lead the team ensuring that the companies already high standards are upheld at all times. You will be a hands on manager who has a real passion for the industry. A good level of financial understanding is essential as you will be financially accountable for all aspects of the business- both the restaurant and the retail.

The successful General Manager will be able to work well under pressure and ensure impeccable service standards at all times. They will be motivated and organised and enjoy working in a relaxed but fast paced environment, well presented and understand the ethos of this new laid back dining concept.
