General & Logistics Administrator

Our client specialises in providing document management solutions to private sector organisations. They are expanding and looking to recruit a talented general and Logistics Administrator to join their team.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the warehouse with booking goods in/out; raising purchase orders, matching delivery notes, liaising with internal departments as well as external customers, updating the database and processing purchase invoices, reception duties as well as other general admin duties.

Minimum 2-years experience required for this position that is temporary to permanent with a great progression for the right applicant. Excellent communication and customer service experience would be a distinct advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to learn a wide variety of skills, gain experience alongside working with a team of professionals.

- Hours 8.30am to 5.00pm

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 2-years experience with no gaps of employment
- Perform Multi-tasking
- Data Entry skills

- Have a strong and confident telephone manner
- The ability to build rapport quickly and sustain good working relationships
- Must have good planning, communication and customer service skills
- Be able to work under pressure to achieve pre-determined deadlines
