Are you a qualified Secondary teacher or Instructor?
Would you be interested in Supply Teaching in local Schools?
Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington and the surrounding areas!
We are looking to speak to Qualified Teachers and Instructors who have experience of working with 11-16 year olds.
We help Schools with their Supply cover, replacing and covering teachers when they are off work or if the Schools have teaching gaps. The work is on a temporary basis but we are very busy and have enough work to keep you busy every day.
You choose how much or how little you work, you have total flexibility in when you work. If you want to work a few days per week then that's fine, if you want to work every day, no problem. This type of work suits teachers who are looking for full or part-time work and offers real flexibility.
When you work on a day to day supply basis, the work is set by the teacher that is off. Your role is to ensure that the work set is carried out whist following the School's guidelines and procedures. You don't have to plan, prepare of mark the work. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who are looking for a break from a full-time, permanent teaching role but still want to be in the classroom doing what they love.
We do have more long-term teaching opportunities where planning and preparation are involved and we can consider you for this as well if you wish. You will be paid more for this work
