We require a good administrator to join a team for 6 months on a temporary basis
Job Role includes:
> Data Entry
> Opening and distributing mail,
> Organising files
> Other admin ad-hoc duties
> Drafting documents and correspondence
> Providing telephone support
> Excellent typing skills,
> Strong oral and written skills,
> Ability to communicate well with others.
> Able to work independently
Knowledge of computers is necessary and must also be able to operate general office equipment, such as a copy machine, fax machine, multi-line telephone system and scanner.
