Your new company
Our client are a large, independent publishing firm based in Central London. As a company, they pride themselves on being innovative, dynamic and are seeking to build influence. They have worked to build a strong culture based on shared visions and values and are looking to recruit a Temp Administrator who will embrace this culture.
Your new role
As their Temp Administrator, you'll be working 09:30-17.30.
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming emails and phone calls
- Dealing with queries from clients and colleagues
- Assisting in general office management
- Collating time sheets
- Dealing with invoices
- Sending estimates
- Ordering stock and managing purchase orders
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in securing this role, you will need recent and extensive administration experience. Your last few roles should have been in administration. If you are dynamic, innovative and passionate about the media industry then this role will be perfect for you.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £20,000 plus benefits.
