Gas Sensor Sales Manager (Pan European)

SGX sensortech is a world-leading gas sensor technology company, designing, developing and manufacturing specialized gas sensor components and sub-systems. The role is focused on the Industrial safety gas sensor products managing delivery of sales and growth against budget. The position will be working from a home office and include a company car, medical and sales bonus( Not included in salary posted). A sucessful applicant could be considered if living anywhere within the UK or mainland Europe where there is good access to airports.

The key expectations for this territory sales function are to:

(i) Drive the delivery of organic growth and profit to meet the strategic business plan through the management and development of a range of direct and third party sales channels within Europe and the USA.

(ii) Lead in the delivery of the projected new product sales growth through the development of new and existing instrument design-ins.

(iii) Manage the provision of detailed and broad market intelligence to support the on-going development and growth of the business.

(iv) To manage customer relations, distributors and other sales managers within the territory Europe and USA.

(v) To grow and develop the sales team in relation to business growth.

(vi) To implement a sales CRM system, managing and producing regular pipeline reports and forecasting territory sales.

(vii) Managing customer to business communications.

A pan European role working with a growing sales and customer support team, to manage and develop the current US and European third party channels and direct accounts to deliver and drive sales to meet the strategic growth plan.

To proactively deliver customer OEM design-ins for a new range of innovative industrial safety gas sensor products to meet the new product growth plan. To provide clear and informative market intelligence to ensure the progressive and continued growth of the business, whilst being the champion of the continued development of improved customer experience.
