The Gas Engineer will form an integral part of the North Wales Maintenance/Operations team contributing to the development of a high performing and positive team delivering high quality maintenance and a first class Customer Service ethos.

The successful applicant will need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment whilst being pro-active and maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

You must have previous experience in Maintenance and/or a grounds landscaping environment, have proven relevant Gas qualifications, be able to work on your own initiative, possess good communication, inter-personal skills and have an awareness of Health and Safety legislation.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

You must be qualified in plumbing installation to a minimum of City & Guilds Part 1 and 2 (or equivalent) and/or NVQ Level 3 Heating & Engineering. Must also be up to date Gas Safe, essentially LPG, Caravans & Holiday homes.

Hours are 42.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
