We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager / Territory Owner to manage, develop Gardenhouse24 in the United Kingdom. Ideally, you’ll be an experienced salesperson with some knowledge and understanding of building or the construction industry, as you’ll be consulting customers on their projects and connecting them with local sub-trades where required.
You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, nurture leads, and close deals, with the support of a dedicated manufacturing team, marketing team, and a fully operational website. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, sales expertise, and a strong commitment to exceeding targets.
The Role:
- Generate Gardenhouse24 B2C Sales: Actively engage with new and existing customers across your UK territory to drive sales of our premium garden houses
- Consultations and Presentations: Present our models, highlighting their benefits and versatility. You will ideally help source a suitable outdoor yard to be used as a showroom for 2–3 models, with the option to use one as an office
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage both B2C and B2B relationships, building long-term client partnerships throughout and beyond the sales process
- Meet Sales Targets: Drive performance to achieve sales and development targets.
- Feedback & Insights: Provide valuable UK market feedback to help refine product offerings
- Coordinate Deliveries: Manage logistics for local customer deliveries.
- Create a network of trusted builders who provide building service for customers.
- Work with logistic companies to find the best and cheapest warehousing and home delivery options.
- To be hands on with website product portfolio, promotion campaigns, pricing strategy.
- Marketing Activities: Work closely with the marketing team to maximise visibility and lead generation
- After-Sales Support: Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
