We are looking for confident and engaging individuals who speak fluent Norwegian, to work as Presenter for studios broadcasting live casino games from Malta. The Presenter will interact with Norwegian players verbally through Live Chat, whilst also carrying out gaming operations.
As a Presenter, deal/host Live Roulette and a number of different casino games to the camera for live players
Carry out all operations associated with live casino games, including table administration, the gaming process and administration
Interact with players verbally and through the live chat system throughout the game in both Norwegian & English
Work with and relay information to the Live Support Team regarding any operator, system or chat malfunction
Attend training courses/workshops as required, always looking to improve technical skillset and product knowledge.
Work flexible hours
Flexible attitude to changing priorities, including changes to shifts and covering colleague absences where required
To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time.
Fluent in English language and also Norwegian to native level
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Great customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team
Outgoing, confident and dynamic individuals
Previous customer-facing experience within casino is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Good computer skills.
