For our office in Milton Keynes, we are looking for:

Gaggenau and Direct Delivery Co-ordinator

Direct delivery duties:

Process factory direct orders with each factory.

 Liaise with Customers on the placing of factory direct orders.

 Review and monitor the progress of factory direct orders.

 Liaise with customers, factories and internal BSH staff on the successful delivery of all orders.

 Liaise with BSH transport planning to support the success of the 'final mile’ delivery.

 Log all orders and maintain supporting KPI information against all orders and deliveries.

 Produce KPI reports on factory directs as required and publish them.

 Work with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Supervisor to enhance and improve the performance of factory directs.

 Support the supply chain department in any other duties as may reasonably be required.

Gaggenau duties:

Meet and maintain agreed targets for on time delivery to customers

 Maintain a stock level as low as possible, and to meet the targets agreed with the product groups in Germany

 Ensure smooth phase-in / phase-out of model changes

 Ensure the clearance of obsolete stocks by liaising with the sales force

 Monitor changes of demand and react to promotions and sales activities

 Maintain a high level of communication with factories to avoid stock shortages and to acquire / provide information concerning production problems

 Review planning and sales forecasts regularly to ensure a high quality

 Maintain and monitor material MRP parameters

 Review the supply chain processes, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement

 Provide / use statistical reports as required

 Liaise with other departments on issues that may affect the performance of the Supply Chain department

Experience, skills and personal attributes:

Experience of planning / forecasting environment

 Qualified to at least 'A’ level standard

 Very good organisational skills

 Able to prioritise well

 High level of computer literacy

 Good oral and written communicator

 Able to work well under pressure

 Able to meet tight time schedules

 High levels of accuracy in work produced

 Good team player

 Experienced in Excel
