Your role

HR Help Desk

Our 16,000 UK and Swiss employees call the HR Help Desk about a range of issues important to them and their employment. Pension, salary, holiday, healthcare - you name it, we hear it. We also hear from our managers within the firm and support them with any employee related HR enquiry they may have. In short, we are the 'front line’ so you’ll need to build a rapport with your colleagues around the firm quickly and deliver results that exceed their expectations.

HR Services

It’s a broad remit. With the right experience you can join any one of our specialist teams within HR Services who support all elements of the Partner and employee lifecycle. Getting colleagues on board, looking after their health and wellbeing, advising managers and Partners across the firm on the best course of action, dealing with benefits - you name it, we do it. Our Transactional Services, Lifecycle, Onboarding, HR Advisory teams all have one thing in common. They share a passion for delivering great results.

Suggested work pattern: Fixed term/Permanent full time. Agile working options available.

Your professional experience

We are looking for:

  • Professionals with HR experience or a strong administrative background
  • Flexible multi-taskers. You’ll be working on multiple tasks at the same time so deadlines cannot phase you
  • Highly motivated individuals who are keen to learn and become specialists in their own right
  • Confident and professional communicators
  • Strong team players who take pride in their work and don’t shy from responsibility
  • Evidence of your ability to work seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferably for Hire to Retire roles you will have gained, or be working towards, your CIPD (or equivalent) qualification
