You will be responsible for the delivery of furniture to our customers homes providing a second to none experience. You will be a brand ambassador for the organisation ensuring that the customer finishes their journey with Sofology left feeling at home on a sofa they love.
Work as part of a two person team undertaking multiple deliveries and installations in customer's homes whilst providing excellent customer service.
Support stock transfers between Sofology stores.
Carrying daily inspections of allocated vehicle and equipment.
Follow company policies and procedures so as to ensure a high level of safety at all times.
Maintain an up to date and accurate product knowledge to assist in the installation of all products.
What are we looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role.
A valid 7.5t licence.
No more than 6 penalty points.
Possession of digital tachograph card.
A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
