Our client, one of the largest humanitarian organisations are seeking a fundraising manager based in Sheffield to manage a team of street, private sites or door to door fundraisers in a variety of different locations.
You will lead from the front, recruit, motivate, train, develop and manage the regional in-house fundraising team to excel in their own performance; generate new regular givers, creating a high performing team environment where staff are inspired to give the best experience, exceed expected KPI's and grow in line with their ethos and identity.
For this post, you will have experience and knowledge of face to face or dialogue fundraising techniques and a strong working knowledge of street, private sites or door to door fundraising. You will also have staff management experience; including recruiting, coaching, training, retaining staff by developing and motivating people to achieve set objectives. You’ll also have the ability to give clear instructions, make difficult decisions.
