Investment Company based in Surrey with good links to transport are looking for a Fund Accountant to join their team of Fund Accountants

Your new role

You will be responsible for the preparation of annual and interim financial statements for a wide range of OEICs sub-funds and Investment Trusts. You will work in a team with other fund accountants and will have responsibility for specific funds. Your daily responsibilities will consist of the preparation of interim, annual financial statements and reconciling income tax and corporation tax balances for a defined allocation funds to external schedules

Liaison with the auditors, tax specialists and Depository/Trustee Conduct analysis and review of dividend announcements to ensure correct accounting treatment

What you'll need to succeed
Previous fund statutory reporting experience with understanding and knowledge of the IA and AIC SORP, you have a proven ability to prioritise and organise your own time in order to meet strict deadlines, strong attention to detail, analytical and numerate, you will need knowledge of the InvestOne Enterprise system, you will Experience of delivering finance projects

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus excellent company benefits
