This former cotton mill was built in 1784 and is one of Britain’s greatest industrial heritage sites. The busy estate hosts many schools programmes and events, which help bring Quarry Bank’s fascinating story to life. New areas of the estate will shortly open to the public, creating additional project-based roles. This is an exciting opportunity to work in fast growing location and the team pride themselves on being dynamic, highly motivated and passionate people.

What you'll be doing

You will be working with our food and beverage team to support existing event bookings for Conferences, private events and weddings including their administration and delivery on the day. You’ll also be working on developing our business strategy for this area with a particular focus on increasing our weekday Conference activities.

Who we're looking for

We are lookin for an individual who is all about customer service. You should be confident dealing with clients both over the phone and face-to-face. You’ll need to be willing to work flexibly to meet the different needs of each function you deliver and just as happy to work hands-on as behind a desk. Experience of sales in this area would be preferable, but most importantly we’re looking for someone with the energy and enthusiasm to deliver everything from a small meeting to a full scale wedding.
