To work for our Financial Services Client in Blackpool (Nr M55/Tesco). Free parking onsite.
Taking inbound calls from customers, taking them through security process to access their information, password resets, dealing with queries and general enquiries.
Full training provided so all we ask is that you are computer literate, good command of the English language, able to be flexible with working hours as will be required to work full or part time hours between 7am to 11.30pm, 5 days over 7.
