What will I be doing in the Customer Service Sales role?
You'll be working in our fun and vibrant environment, achieving sales and customer service related targets. Top performers will have the chance to progress and take on team leadership responsibilities.
You'll be involved in:
•Face-to-face marketing, sales and customer service presentations
•Handling sales inquiries, concerns and objections
•Creating a relaxed and fun environment for customers
•Freedom through self-employment options
•Cross-selling or up-selling when necessary
•Providing exceptional customer service daily
•Contributing to a productive environment and team culture
Team Leader Customer & Sales Advisors will be:
•Training and evaluating new starts
•Motivating and helping team members hit targets
•Organising team building exercises and social events
•Managing merchandise and materials for the team
