ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Development team as a full-time Administrator.

Based at our Head Office in Nottinghamshire, you will provide administrative support to the team and work closely with the Sustainability Manager and the Development Project Managers. Responsibilities will include producing periodic energy, water and waste reports, processing project documentation, collating specifications, creating project start forms and setting up relevant contracts from standard templates.

You will also be required to track the progress of projects by generating up to date schedules, maintain risk registers and track financial status of projects against expectations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with strong relationship building skills, as you will work closely with colleagues at Head Office and our villages as well as Contractors and Suppliers.

Intermediate Excel skills will be required along with previous reporting experience as you will compile monthly spreadsheets and reports using the relevant systems and templates available to you.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period. Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional flexibility will be required.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Previous experience within an administrative role including the collation of data
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience using MS Project
  • Previous experience in project delivery
