Working within a dynamic, well established, expanding high street branch as part of a team you will deal with both new and existing insurance customers daily. Full training is provided and a customer facing office admin & customer service role is advantageous.

There is no cold-calling, no telesales or hard sell. The duties are as follows:

Administering & concluding team paperwork for despatch.

Accurately scanning hard copy documents to in-house system.

Contacting clients & insurers to obtain/conclude outstanding documentation/monies.

Account reconciliation & administration via recovery agents.

Administering in-house premium finance queries, defaults necessitating client contact & letter writing.

Organising & maintaining up to date policy wordings/documentation & stationary control & ordering.

Occasional use of call monitoring system.

Administration of Petty Cash account & purchase of stock/refreshments.

Preparing & delivering outgoing post to mail centre daily.

Opening & accurately processing daily incoming post.

Drinks rounds - for tea coffee etc.

A growing insurance broker's office require an experienced Administrator with Telemarketing, full time, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 pm, permanent role, benefits package, qualifications & training.

The starting salary range is £16,000 pa minimum to around £19,000 pa for someone with the right experience. There are incentives, salary and performance reviews and of course promotion prospects. There is a benefits package - with new measures coming in.

The hours are from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
