Full-Stack PHP Developer | Brighton 

Salary: £40,000

Full-stack PHP Developer sought to work on a small but growing portfolio of websites and internal systems / applications for a bespoke eCommerce company based in the heart of Brighton.

You will be getting involved in bug fixes, upgrades and improvements, as well as brand-new development projects too.  We are looking for someone that will love making everything we touch better, faster and more efficient – and someone that will embrace the varied nature of this role.

Role & responsibilities:

-Researching & implementing ideas to build and improve our expanding portfolio of websites & applications
-Building tools and widgets for the wider team
-Working closely with our internal creatives (both technical and non-technical)
-Continuously implementing updates to improve site speed and performance 
-Produce and maintain our high-level coding standards
-Basic level Linux Systems Administration. 

Basic Tech Skills & Experience:

-Commercial experience building websites in PHP
-JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/5 & Css/3
-Experience with MySQL Databases
-Familiar with LAMP
