Full or Part-time Bookkeeper

Joining this well-established firm of Accountants in the Poole area, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking double-entry client bookkeeping on a variety of software including Iris. Duties will be varied, and could typically include looking after ledgers for clients, banking and other reconciliation work, VAT returns, liaising with clients if needed, etc.. You must have good double-entry bookkeeping skills and a good all round knowledge.

Ideally, candidates will have completed their AAT or similar bookkeeping qualification. Any previous experience working within a firm of accountant or bookkeeping bureau may be an advantage, though this is not essential. If you have any previous experience using Iris, this could be beneficial though not essential as the firm are happy to train on this. The firm are happy to consider those who are looking for full-time or part-time work, 25 hours per week and upwards.
