CPAG is seeking a customer-focused, friendly and outgoing, self-motivated Front Office and Customer Liaison Assistant. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and must have good IT skills. The successful candidate will be confident and positive with excellent customer service experience. You will have the ability to work independently while also being an excellent team player. You will have exceptional communication skills and a highly professional attitude.

You will be dependable and flexible in your work and have the ability to multitask. You will have proven experience in a customer-care environment, an excellent telephone manner and a strong command of English
