What you’ll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of professionals from different industries
  • Create a warm welcoming environment for our members and their guests
  • Deal with member requests in a prompt and timely manner
  • Book meeting rooms for members
  • Set up and refresh meeting rooms throughout the day ensuring food, beverage, teas and coffees are in the meeting rooms on-time
  • Ensure facilities are presentable and tidy at all times
  • Assisting with networking events and facilitate member introductions where appropriate (this could be outside of normal working hours)


  • Previous Front of House, Reception, Hosting experience advantageous
  • Experience in Hospitality or a Retail environment desirable
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive approach and can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
