Bistrot Pierre is a French bistrot restaurant chain, established in 1994, which prepares, cooks and serves provincial French dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients and regularly changing menus.

We are looking for friendly, helpful, hardworking people with good attention to detail to join our bar and waiting teams at our new restaurant in Mumbles, Swansea.
This is a hands-on and an incredibly fast paced role that we think is both highly challenging and rewarding. Serving and looking after our customers is the primary function of our business – it is vital we get the right personalities into our business who understands the notion of hospitality. You will be professional, friendly, presentable, energetic and have a good sense of humour and fun.
These opportunities are full time in a restaurant environment which requires flexibility to be able to work shifts, including late evenings and weekends. Therefore, applicants must be available to work flexibly. Waiting and/or bar experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
