Front of House Supervisor
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Are you looking for the next step in your catering career? Working at an exciting and innovative location, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for an effective Front of House Supervisor in Cheltenham. The hours for this position are 37.5 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer skills and be focused on providing the best customer service experience at all times. Previous experience of front of house supervision would be an advantage, but is not essential although you must have experience of working in a busy catering environment and strong customer service skills to be successful in your application.
The basic duties are as follow: -
To manage & supervise all front of house staff, guiding and mentoring on customer service skills/food hygiene standards.
Carrying out general catering duties such as basic food prep, setting up counters, cleaning beverage machines and service areas.
Providing the best possible customer service experience
Stock control and cash handling.
- Transportation of buffet/hospitality to the main house
Creating excellent relationships with our customers.
