Front of House North West London

Our client is a high end fashion accessories company based in North West London that produces both own-brand and private label clothing for a variety of customers including department stores, boutiques and catalogues and iconic brands globally. They are currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join their vibrant team on a full time permanent basis.

Duties Include:

* Front of house reception
* First point of contact for customers and clients
* Dealing with incoming emails and fielding as appropriate
* Booking couriers and arranging international deliveries
* Booking meeting rooms and managing meeting room diaries
* Ordering stationary and office supplies
* Dealing with quotations and contract renewals with suppliers
* Filing, faxing and scanning
* Organising lunches for board room meetings
* Sorting and distributing post

Skills Required:

* Previous reception experience (essential)
* Reliable and punctual
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Well-presented and articulate

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join this high end and fast paced Fashion Group and develop a long term and successful career. The successful candidate will be the ambassador for the company therefore will have great communication and interpersonal skills.
