This privately owned investment firm holds weekly on-site political and financial "think tank" conferences for up to 90 delegates within their in-house auditorium. Your role as Front of House / Conference Co-ordinator would be hosting the events in a "meet and greet" capacity as well as co-ordinating delegates when they arrive, liaising with speakers, organising catering, equipment, seating etc. You'll work closely with the EA / Office Manager and Facilities Manager ensuring that each weekly event runs seamlessly.
This Front of House / Conference Co-ordinator position requires a career Front of House professional with resilience and total professionalism who will be happy to work alone at times as well as in a collaborative team. Many of the events are attended by politicians and dignitaries requiring confidence and gravitas, and of course, total discretion.
This Front of House / Conference Co-ordinator would suit an individual from a Corporate Reception or Airline background who has exceptional client liaison talents and who is used to assisting VIPs, high net worth individuals and / or political figures.

*Meeting and greeting all visitors
*Hosting weekly political and financial think tank events involving meeting and greeting delegates, arranging catering, assisting and organising delegates
*Managing the daily meeting room calendar
*Arranging meetings and setting up conference calls
*Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
*Serving drinks and arranging lunches
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
*Photocopying, faxing, scanning, binding etc
