Front of House Assistant

HOURS: Full-time perm and Part time/Flexible - Applicants MUST be available to work evenings & weekends.

LOCATION: Daytona Milton Keynes, MK13 8NP.

SALARY: £Competitive.

Daytona Milton Keynes is currently looking for friendly, confident, enthusiastic & reliable Front of House staff to join their fun and busy team.

Key success criteria for this role include:

  • Meeting & greeting customers promptly upon arrival
  • Provide friendly and first-class customer service
  • Sign in drivers to their scheduled events, issuing race uniform and assisting with any other requirements
  • Upsell and cross-sell Race events and merchandise to ensure that sales and individual targets are met
  • Manage phone, email and face-to-face enquiries effectively
  • Ensure all Front of House and customer facing areas are always maintained and well presented
  • Provide administrative support to the Venue Management team


Candidate profile:

  • The candidate must be professional, reliable & confident when liaising with customers
  • Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop their skills
  • Have excellent communication, people and team working skills
  • Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends
