Front of house Administrator

We are working within innovative company based in Coventry, and we are looking for receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis until the end of March. You will be the first point of contact to clients and visitors, and you will provide administrative support to our staff.
Your main duties will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Handling mail and deliveries
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
- A friendly and professional manner
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A flexible and reliable attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
The pay rate is £11.50 per hour, and the hours are between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The role is full time and office based. Free parking is available
