Salary: Competitive basic salary of up to £40k

Key responsibilities:

• Taking charge over the manipulation, rearrangement and hack existing client website code using JavaScript
• Utilise your knowledge of A/B testing to continually optimise the customer journey across various assets
• Work and collaborate with UX, Strategists and Analysts on the optimisation of internal working processes
• Utilise JavaScript, HTML and CSS to build fast, error free tests within A/B testing tools such as Optimizely X, Qubit, Dynamic Yield, VWO and AB Tasty
• Collaborate with designers to build test-winning experiences

Possessing already highly developed skills in JavaScript as well as HTML, a Front-End Developer will take charge over a range of tasks across the business including the construction of web interfaces and the overseeing of Junior developers’ activities.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of platforms
• Highly proficient in A/B testing and the conversion and optimisation of assets
• Exemplary leadership skills
• Highly skilled in utilising JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills
• Understand UX principles
• Experience of building responsive websites (Bootstrap etc.)
