Front End Developer is required by a leading organisation within the digital market. The company have seen tremendous growth over the past eleven years and have an exciting future ahead with new leadership taking the reins of the business into a new direction. As part of the new direction, the company has recently moved into a brand new stylish office in Colchester with unique elements to encourage collaborations between the teams to come up with new ways of thinking. The successful Front End Developer will be joining a sociable team of Developers, who are all happy to learn from you and share with you their own knowledge.

Like many of the clients, Hurren and Hope choose to partner with the company recognise the individual and the fact talent comes in many shapes and sizes. That said, there are some technical aspects of the role which are a mandatory requirement for the position: JavaScript to include some framework exposure preferably Redux, React, Backbone and/or Angular and understanding of Ember or other frameworks is also welcome (the management team are always open to new ways of working and actively encourage Developers to look at new technologies). Hands on exposure to Build and Test tools (Grunt, Webpack / Karma, Jasmine, Mocha) is required along with Restful API's, Version control (Git) and HTML5.

Candidates with additional skills in Design/UX, Server side (Node.JS) and/or Native Development will have opportunities to utilise these skills and as the company move forward new opportunities to specialise in key Development areas will become likely.
