The Company:
Our client is a well-established company.

Main duties:
To provide full support in managing the customers’ expectations and providing detailed paperwork to the team and deliver high standards of customer service for the UK and France.

The Role:
- To provide accurate paperwork (transfer details, invoicing and prospective bookings)
- To handle telephone calls and all associated administration in both English and French
- To supply the agents with all the required information
- To set up booking itineraries to appropriate visits
- To provide accurate information about customers and confirmed itineraries
- To maintain accurate record of each booking
- To manage the invoices and ensure the payments are collected in a timely manner
- To update / maintain the agents and customers details accurately
- To provide the best service for both the clients and the company
- To undertake visits to main attractions / destinations

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent French (Spoken and written) - Essential
- Previous experience in Group reservations / Travel Industry - Essential
- Experience in organising tailor-made tours - Essential
- Previous experience within a Customer Service / Administrative role - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Strong Administration skills with attention to detail
- Strong Organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Computer literate
