FRENCH SPEAKING SERVICE ASSISTANT

All applicants must be able to speak French FLUENTLY and English to a good standard.

All applicants must have basic knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.

Previous sales and customer experience would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given.

Duties:

  • Quoting clients via telephone and e-mail based from our set price list as well as requesting quotations for our factories in UK/Asia adding mark-ups to quote the client.
  • Dealing with clients requests and advising them of the status of their orders.
  • Making contact with old clients that have no dealt with us for a long period to re-stimulate business.
  • Web-site and Document translations.
  • Attending trade exhibitions (national + international)
  • Working with design programs to look at client artwork and creating mock-ups if required (full training will be given).
