Our Client is a global Software Publisher with revenues of $5bn USD per annum. Due to expansion they have opened a new office in Newcastle and require a team of motivated Sales Executives to respond to leads and B2B Renewals of software licences for the French market.
The Role: The successful Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for;
- Managing Renewals of annual Subscriptions
- Responsible for Training, Web Demos and Tenders
- Managing and developing the Company’s Databases / Customer Management System
- Retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Inputting online orders
- Distribution of company brochure to customers
- Native or Fluent level French and fluent English
- 6 months Customer Services, B2B or Sales Experience. Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Customer management experience a distinct advantage
