French speaking Sales Administrator

Role:

Working as part of a successful sales team of world's leading sustainable product manufacturing company, you will process orders for new and existing customers to ensure company's sales targets are met whilst offering the best possible support to French and English speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming enquires in French
* Dealing with customer enquiries regarding product, use and quotations
* Processing incoming sales orders
* Work closely with the transport department internally and externally ensuring the timely despatch of orders
* Proactive follow up calls regarding the progress of customer enquires
* Providing after sales support when required
* Liaising with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, i.e. engineering, production
* Generating sales pipeline reports
* Other related duties to best assist the team as and when required
* Regularly reporting to Sales Team Leader

Requirements:

* Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
* Proven work experience in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment
* Well-organised, proactive and resourceful approach
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
