French Speaking Marketing Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a well established company based in Ashford within the marketing department, under the leadership of the Brand Manager and collaborating with the Product Manager, your main duties will be:

- Creation of product’s codes / PLV (for any new articles, this is necessary for the supply chain to have the articles in the system)
- PO creation and insertion of the invoices in the dashboards
- Send the tools to the Sales Force (example: promotion, product samples, ...)
- Assist in the preparation of the seminar for all organizational and logistical aspects
- Send documents / visuals to the various interlocutors (agency, key accounts, sales representatives, ...)

• Mastering of Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)

You will be part of a team, ready for a challenge and proactive.

Location: Ashford, Kent
Start: ASAP
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour lunch break
Duration: 3 months temping/fixed term contract position
