HNWI with a developing Single Family Office based in the West End is looking at growing their team by adding an Office Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper.

You are an essential part of the smooth running of the Family Office, your main duties are:

  • General bookkeeping
  • Review employee expenses, matching, scanning, coding, inputting
  • Credit card coding and posting - ensuring that all credit card purchases are sorted and have a receipt attached before inputting into QuickBooks
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the monthly financial close process
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Perform and assist with other ad-hoc duties (as and when required)

About you:

  • Previous Bookkeeping/accounting experience essential
  • Exposure to QuickBooks
  • Organised and systematic in approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional approach
  • Flexible, helpful, and adaptable; discrete when necessary
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-starter, determined and committed; able to use initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • IT literate in MS office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
