The Company:
Our client is a dynamic International manufacturing company.

Main duties:
To fulfil the needs of their clients within Europe with all aspects of the business: Customer Services, Inside Sales Administration, Logistics and Customer Account Management.

The Role:
- To process customers and distributors orders accurately
- To liaise effectively with Sales Managers, distributors, logistics and customers
- To book transport and supply relevant paperwork
- To process orders and track progress through to delivery including packaging and transport arrangements
- To liaise with internal & external departments/warehouses as well as updating clients on progress of orders
- To coordinate all aspects of the department (Stocks/ Technical support/ Planning…)
- To prepare legal documents for shipment (Certifications documents, bill of lading, ISO , etc…)
- To develop/maintain relationships with key customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- To undertake some credit control activities (invoicing and credit notes ..)
- To resolve customer complaints

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (Written & spoken) is ESSENTIAL
- Additional German Language proficiency is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
- Experience working with road and/or sea freight transportation is a Strong Advantage
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Ability to deal with high volume and multi tasks
