(French Speaking) Customer Support Advocate

Full time Monday - Friday/9.00am to 6.00pm)

£26,000-£27,000

Do you have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and are a fluent French speaker? As my client are looking for bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and French to join their day team (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm) and provide first-rate support and guidance to our UK, European, North American and Australian users.

The role

In this role, you will be primarily providing phone support; you will be handling calls from customers using my clients service. You will be utilising their in-house systems to handle incoming tickets and help ensure that you can deliver the best support experience possible. We're looking for bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and French to join our day team (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm) and provide first-rate support and guidance to our UK, European, North American and Australian users.
