My client a leader in their industry is seeking a French speaking customer service specialist with at least 2 years experience of working in a customer care environment.
Your new role
To be successful in this French speaking customer service job you will liaise with customers on the telephone and email.
Proactively manage customer calls and enquiries.
Manage calls until a successful conclusion is found
Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance and other relevant internal stakeholders
Be compliant, follow all procedures and policies, complete training on time
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a customer service environment and be fluent in French.
Have good MS Office skills and knowledge of operating SAP.
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Knowledge of Salesforce
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
