French Speaking Customer Service


£20,000 plus other benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-established organisation for a French Speaking Customer Services Administrator. Based near Shrewsbury, candidate will be involved with customers in UK, Ireland and France, working to help support the brand image and contribute to the sales and marketing initiatives.

Key duties

  • Responding to customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email
  • Monitoring and responding to online feedback
  • Dealing with telephone orders and enquiries
  • Assisting customers and visitors onsite
  • Ensuring all orders and communications are responded to quickly and efficiently
  • Passing on new ideas for new products and improvements
  • Data input and updates for websites, and uploading texts and images (training given)
  • Database checks and updates and updating reports
  • Sending letters and samples
  • Updating and maintaining the electronic filing system
  • Printing invoices and receipts, and updating spreadsheets

Key requirements

  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally in English and French
  • Previous customer services including telephone, email and web enquiries
  • High level IT / Keyboard skills
  • Be a natural listener / problem solver
  • Be confident and skilled in crafting suitable written replies to customers - including those to be published on line
  • Be friendly and have the ability to work on their own or as part of a team
  • Own transport essential due to location
