A fixed-term contract Customer Service Representative job requiring French fluency based in Worcester

Hays are delighted to be working with a local manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a French fluent Customer Service Representative on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to be taken on permanently. Our well respected client is a market leader in their field and a worldwide organisation.
Your new role
Your new role will see you become a vital part of the customer service team, handling queries over telephone and email. The position will be office-based due to the length of the contract, with full COVID-19 precautions taken in to account. You will respond to enquiries in both French and English with professionalism and in line with company SLA's. Those with backgrounds in hospitality, retail or travel with some experience using Microsoft Office in work or school may be considered, if fluent in both mentioned languages. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will ideally have some office-based experience, however this is desirable and not essential. You will have good understanding of using Microsoft Office programmes and have experience of working in a customer service environment. You should have a customer-centred approach to work and be able to evidence examples of managing customer expectations, handling complaints and having a flexible approach in work.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £20,000 and £25,000 during the course of the 6-month contract, and an attractive annual leave package.
