Salary £18,000 - £19,000 basic, plus commission (package 24k - 25k)
Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday, no weekends or late shifts

A fantastic dual opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Customer Service and Marketing Executive to join a successful ecommerce company.
Working with the French Marketing Manager and being part of a multi-lingual team you will be responsible for managing and improving the customer experience for our French websites and will be the first point of contact for all our French speaking customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and LiveChat
- Responding to customer contacts within targeted SLA’s
- Processing customer orders via CRM
- Analysing traffic/ performance of the websites
- Editing and proof reading new website content
- Planning and executing email campaigns
- Link building and publishing sponsored articles for the websites
What we expect from you:
- Excellent skills in French language (native) and grammer (oral and written)
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in customer service (office based) and (ideally) online marketing (junior level)
- Good IT skills as well as the use of Skype management
- Be organished with an eye for detai, fluent communicator and a can-do attitude
- Basic knowledge of HTML (desirable but not mandatory)
