Due to success and market growth, a permanent French Speaking Customer Service Advisor is needed to work in the UK business.
Your new role
You will be based within the UK office and will work on behalf of the French business. You will be maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients and will qualify and record client activity/buying behaviour, whilst also ensuring you making a record of leads. You'll also understand fully clients' needs in order to provide a tailored service and product which suits them best. From this you will take note of client feedback whether that be positive or negative and pass this onto your manager - this will enable you to enhance ways of improving the service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be fluent in French (written & spoken) and have experience in customer service in a commercial environment. You will need to be flexible on starting and finishing times as these will vary between 8:00 and 18:00. Experience in a business to business sales environment would be desirable and any work in a telephone based environment. Your attention to detail will be second to none as will your communication, questioning and listening skills. You will be a confident self-starter who is able to prioritise a heavy workload whilst also working collaboratively with your Manager. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel is essential.
