In Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, on this occasion we are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our busy team working on behalf of Marks and Spencer. This market leading retailer is looking to grow their Preston Brook based customer care team
Right now we are looking for people with French, Spanish Dutch or German language skills to join this newly formed team you will provide customer service; taking calls, webchats and answering on line enquiries.
You'll need a confident, friendly telephone manner and a willingness to help solve your customers' problems.
You will need to be fluent (spoken/written) in either French, German, Spanish or Dutch and although full training is provided, previous customer service experience is desirable. The range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
This is a full-time role on a 37.5 hour contract. Employees work five out of seven days, covering shifts over 7AM-7PM Monday to Sunday. Current salary starts from £21,996 and we are looking for people available to start in early February.

While there's a small fee for crossing, the bridge provides a direct route to our free car park. No more city centre traffic nightmares, it's a less-stress, non-stop drive to our front doors.
