French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

£16,000 - £20,000


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading organisation based in Wimbledon.

You will join a dynamic and dedicated team and be responsible for ensuring that customer relations and experience is of a high standard. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will be processing orders received from customer and addressing any issues that arise.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Answering calls

- Dealing with customer queries or directing calls to the relevant person / department

- Inputting orders and sending the pro-forma invoice to the customer

- Liaising with the Accounts Team and Warehouse to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible with the least amount of delay

- Liaising with the Accounts team to discuss payment terms

- Calling customers to arrange payments for customers who prepay and also contacting existing customers with outstanding balances on their account

- Liaising with the Sales Team responsible for corresponding customer account to keep up to date with special prices, promos and incoming orders

- Dealing with price enquiries

- New Business enquiries

- General administration tasks

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills/experience:

- Previous experience within a similar role

- Fluent French speaker

- Passionate to provide a high level of customer service

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- High attention to detail
