French & English Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour + £500.00 biannual incentive

About you

The Role

This role consists of resolving customer complaints on behalf of a global Eye Care organisation via telephone and e-mail. The environment is forward thinking and dynamic whilst ensuring the customer is the sole focus of each individual task.

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Handle inbound complaints and inquiries (calls/e-mails) within guidelines established by the client and contact centre management
  • Escalate interactions to professional affairs, medical and management teams as required
  • Deliver the highest quality customer experience on every transaction
  • Work in a manner that promotes and supports the campaign
  • Logging customer cases accurately on global internal database within legal spectrum
  • Consistently achieve Quality Monitoring targets to meet client, customer and departmental targets
  • Other duties as assigned
