We're assisting a luxury brand with the recruitment of a French Speaking Customer Service Executive (within their Wholesale department) to be based in their offices in London's bustling West End.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will provide a courteous, friendly and efficient service to all customers and to effectively manage the forecasting to enable the company to meet its sales targets.
The successful candidate will:
- Speak fluent French
- Be a friendly and dynamic individual who has an eye for detail and who enjoys working with customers and as part of a team.
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience of working effectively in a fast paced Wholesale Customer Service Representative role.
- Have strong IT Skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
In this role, you will develop a close working relationship with Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment. You will be able to look after a number of the accounts, overseeing orders from start to finish, anticipating problems and troubleshooting accordingly.
Together with Account Managers, they will establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to enable outstanding customer service.
